Lavel has a second laboratory where dimensional and mechanical controls are carried out during the production process to guarantee product quality.

A modern fleet of automatic visual inspection machines allows 100% inspection of all components manufactured in the company. Where this technology is not applicable due to the geometry of the parts, a dedicated department provides manual visual sorting by a team of highly specialised personnel.

We also carry out all the activities necessary for the control and validation of new products and prototyping according to drawings and customer specifications, issuing PPAPs, declarations of conformity and R&R reports.

The laboratory has the latest equipment and testing instruments including laser durometer, OGP and Kalix.
