About PL01

PL01 is a surface treatment, permanent, colourless and odourless, that can be applied to any type of rubber gasket. The treatment has a non-sticking effect on every part of the rubber, which reduces surface adhesion and ensures a greater efficiency of automatic assembly lines. Unlike common lubricant treatments, PL01 occurs in a gas form, and the whole process occurs in a vacuum chamber. This guarantees a uniform coating on all parts of the rubber, as well as a better performance of batch productivity.
