PL01 TREATMENT

PL01 treatment is a permanent, dry, colorless and odorless coating that can be applied on every kind of rubber gasket.

The coating has an anti-sticking effect on the rubber parts that reduces the surface adhesion and ensures a big improvement in automatic assembly lines efficiency.

Unlike the usual lubricant treatments, PL01 coating is in the gas phase and the whole process occurs in a vacuum chamber, thus ensuring a uniform coating layer on every part surface and the best possible repeatability for each batch.
