TRANSITION TO ISO 45001 CERTIFICATION
ISO 45001 has become a benchmark standard to certify the adequacy of occupational health and safety management systems, replacing the OHSAS 18001 standard which will be withdrawn.
Unlike the previous system ISO 45001 uses the “High level structure” (HLS), which guarantees greater compatibility with other ISO standards for management systems. The transition to an HLS system involves entirely new requirements, so it was essential to adapt to the new requirements before migrating successfully.
We have therefore embarked on the migration to the new standard within the timeframe established by law and today we are pleased to inform you that, following the conclusion of the Kiwa Cermet inspection visit, our company has obtained a favourable opinion regarding the transition to the new standard.
