NEW AUTOMATIC OPTICAL SORTERS
We have recently replaced four old sorting machines with new automatic optical sorting machines, which are capable of inspecting large batches of o-rings and technical articles quickly.
These state-of-the-art machines are equipped with 7 cameras , each capable of “photographing” the gasket from different positions and then recording any defects or anomalies, based on which the part can be “eliminated”.
Based on pre-determined parameters, dimensional tolerances are checked, defects detected and flatness checked, which is essential for automatic gasket assembly.
All deliveries are accompanied by the Final Testing Report, a document proving the various checks carried out during the entire production process.
A rigorous pre-shipment check is also carried out, an optical check of all goods being shipped.
